Courtyard by Marriott

BBL designed and constructed this new Courtyard by Marriott in Saratoga Springs, New York. The 146 room, custom hotel features an indoor pool, exercise facility, meeting rooms and a café. The project required demolition of an existing facility prior to the construction of these new facility. The entire development and construction process was on a fast-track schedule.
