Siena College: New Residence Hall

LOUDONVILLE, NEW YORK
The project is a 4 story 264 bed Residence Hall (66,750 sf) with a Resident Director Suite and a Resident Friar Suite. Also included is a 2 story Common Area Building (27,300 sf) comprising of a full scale dining facility and commercial kitchen, retail area and meeting rooms all on the ground level and the media center, business center, TV Room, Game Room, Laundry, Mailroom and Service Support Center at the lower level. Project to be completed in August 2010.
